Hello, I am very excited to have your child in my class. I look forward to a very exciting and rewarding school year. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am from Gratiot and went to Blackhawk High School. After high school I attended U.W. Platteville where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I began my teaching career in Ft. Myers, FL where I taught kindergarten for four years. Since moving back from Florida I have taught 1st grade, 3rd grade, and now this is my 12th year back in kindergarten. In 2003 I earned my Master's Degree in education through the college of St. Scholastica. My husband's name is Jonathan and we live just outside Gratiot. Jonathan works in Real Estate and we also have a part time silk tree business. Busy! Busy! Busy! I enjoy spending my free time working with my horses, traveling and being with my family.
