We have transitioned our activity registration system to Infinite Campus. This is part of an ongoing initiative to consolidate district tools and streamline processes for district staff and families. We expect the new registration experience to be quick and easy, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this new system.
Infinite Campus - Parent and Student Portals Both parent and student portal accounts are required for activity registration. These are the same accounts you use for the Annual Update, checking grades, and adding money to lunch accounts. Most families and students are already utilizing the portals. Activity Registration Process
Parent/Guardian submits registration in the Parent Portal, signing all forms, adding to cart, and submitting cart. Preferably, a sports physical form is uploaded with the registration.
Student logs into the Student Portal and signs all documents in “Documents Need Attention” section.
If a sports physical form was not uploaded at registration, submit it later via “Activity Registration” in the app or by emailing activities@darlington.k12.wi.us.
All registrations will be processed by school staff and upon completion, parents will receive a confirmation email.
We have created resources to help guide families through the new registration process:
Participation cannot begin until physical forms are submitted. A physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years. Physical examination taken before April 1 is valid for only the following school year.
Sports physical cards can be uploaded with your registration. If you are registering for multiple activities, just upload the physical form with one of them. You can register now and upload the form later, if needed.
If you uploaded a form last year, and it covers the 25-26 season, please upload it again if possible. If that is not possible, please include a note in your registration and we will retrieve your form from the old system.
